Do you have 20 to 40 minutes to devote to our children a Sunday morning a month during Sunday School time? Do you need a place to serve that will provide rewards beyond your expectations? Do you have just four Sundays between September and May to spend with our children? Please see Gloriann. Although most members of our congregation no longer have children in Sunday School, the need is still great. Our children are the future of the church. Grace and Peace Through Jesus Christ, Our Savior and Lord.
Our new topic: Aspects of Prayer starts next Sunday, June 5th taught by Mary Koepp. Please join us in the Fellowship Hall for the Sundays in June and July at 10:30 a.m. with interactive and varied presentation formats. As each session is stand alone, come and go in the months of June and July as your schedule allows. Topics will include, but not limited to: Is There a Correct Way to Pray, The Lord’s Prayer and the Disciple’s Prayer, Prayers in Different Cultures and Religions, Prayers of Supplication and Intercession, Praying with and for People Who Are Grieving, Praying with and for the Terminally Ill, Intergenerational Prayer, and Teaching a Child to Pray.
